Processing Time

  • The time required to complete an order varies from 1 to 14 business days* (custom orders from home may take longer). For more information, please refer to the processing time shown at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Mexico Shipping:

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and current shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances where your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.
  • All shipments are sent via Fedex.
  • Mexico: estimated 3 to 10 days.
  • Items marked as “delivered” by Fedex are considered delivered and we are not responsible for any loss or misdirection.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer due to an incorrect shipping address, please email us at sales@cococalasich.com and we can begin the reshipment process. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Shipping in Rest of the World:

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!
  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and current shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances where your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. (In case of United States contact USPS with your tracking number to reroute your package).
  • All shipments are sent via Correos de Mexico (Unless your shipping method indicates otherwise). This may take 14 to 45 business days depending on your location.
  • Items marked as “delivered” by Correos de Mexico are considered delivered and we are not responsible for any loss or misdirection.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer due to an incorrect shipping address, please email us at sales@cococalasich.com and we can begin the reshipment process. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. PACKAGES CANNOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE PAID.
  • The tax indicated at the end of the purchase corresponds to the 16% VAT determined by the Mexican government.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations:

  • No returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted at this time.
  • If there are any problems with your order, please be sure to email sales@cococalasich.com within 7 days of delivery to address any problems or concerns.
