At COCO CALASICH™ consultations are handled on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade products that are inspected to ensure that customers are satisfied with them. Every request will be treated fairly and reasonably. When we treat our customers uniformly and respectfully, we believe they are fair and polite to us.

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problems with your items, please contact us at sales@cococalasich.com to start a conversation about how we can address your concern. We are always happy to help!

HOME ITEM EXCHANGES: We currently do not make exchanges for online home orders.

SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES: We currently do not make changes for online scrunchie orders.

CLOTHING EXCHANGES: We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time.

DEFECTS: Our goal is to get it right the first time, so we inspect each product 3-4 times during our quality control process. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at sales@cococalasich.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question to start a conversation about how we can fix it.
